Abstract: The study examined students' access, usage and awareness of electronic information resources at the University College Hospital (UCH), Ibadan. It investigated the pattern of usage, the point of access, and awareness of electronic information resources beside the library and the problems hindering the use of the electronic resources. The study revealed that the level of usage of the electronic information resources is not high. It revealed that though many students did not prefer the printed sources to electronic information, yet lack of information retrieval skills is a major obstacle to exploiting the electronic resources. The study recommended an aggressive training on information searching skills for the students by the library through its users education programme, provision of more computer terminals and lecturers promotion of the use of electronic resources through assignments that will trigger the search for electronic information resources.
